I was born in Palermo in 1970. I began growing a passion for photography at an early age. When I was 12, I started using photography as a personal medium, trying from the beginning, through earlier simple manipulations such as photographic collages, to fulfil and enrich my universe, still made of games and discoveries. Today my creative engine continues to be amazement and experimentation. Following the age of 14, after I have experimented and demolished all kind of amateur film format ever existed, I discovered the dim red light of my greatest passion: the darkroom, from which I have not yet come out.
